"I purchased this product because I have been dealing with acne issues on my chin area from wearing a mask. I wanted something chemical free and safe for sensitive skin. So far I am very impressed with using this as a face mask. The clay is finely milled and easy to work with. I mixed it with water until thick and smooth and used a flat facial brush to paint a nice layer all over my face but I did avoid my eye area. I could definitely feel a tightening sensation as the mask dried down. I took a damp, very warm face towel and held it to my skin for a minute or 2 to soften the mask to make it easier to remove. My skin felt fresh, tight and clean. I am excited to make this a part of my weekly skincare routine."

"Nothing like playing in the mud. Just mix up a batch of this stuff and mop it on your face. I waited about 40 minutes until the mud was fully dry and could barely move my face. I couldn't believe the skin pulling effect was so strong albeit temporary. Washed off and finished up with a face left feeling clean and soft. My favorite part is the me time and I have a huge jar of it. Excellent experience and would recommend to those who enjoy."
"This is a nice jar of bentonite clay! It arrived sealed and the desert design is nice. The label says it's 100% bentonite clay and it appears to be. The instructions could be a bit more clear, it says equal parts liquid and clay powder but doesn't suggest an amount that covers your face so it took a bit of trial and error. It doesn't seem hard on my skin which is nice!"
"I use bentonite clay for detoxing my underarms and for an occasional facemask. You mix it with apple cider vinegar or water. It mixes into a paste. You apply it to the skin and let it sit for 10-20 mins depending on the area and your skin sensitivity. The clay is really good for temporarily tightening and cleansing the face. It also works really well to detox the armpits if you are switching to natural deodorant. I really like this brand. It is a more economical version of the other brand that I buy."
"This came incredibly dirty and dusty. There is no safety cap at all, just the world's tiniest sticker that was half peeled off on one side of the lid/jar. I am not wholly confident this was a new product. Opening it was a challenge because all the dust was in the jar grooves so I opened it over the sink. The betonite clay is fine, it is average clay you will mix with water to create a paste. I do not feel comfortable using this because of the state of the product."
"Would I get Mojave Mask clay again and would I recommend it: Yes it's a nice, plain Bentonite clay with no other ingredients. It's finely milled with no clumps. You get 16 oz (1 pound). High quality. No odor, clumps, it was finely milled. (see pictures). No added ingredients, just the clay itself. • Cons: The lid was not sealed with an inner liner or outer seal. The lid was quite hard to remove initially but okay after loosened up."
