Returns & Refunds Policy
Your satisfaction with Trademark Beauty products is of upmost importance to us. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we extend to you a 30-day return policy.
To qualify for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:
The product must be in its original packaging (please refrain from shipping the item without proper packaging) and in the same condition as when you received it.
The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that we do not arrange return shipments or provide return labels. The cost and responsibility of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Items discounted at 50% or more are final sale.
Color Wow Products are exempt from being returned.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange Policy (if applicable)
If you've accidentally ordered the wrong product and wish to make an exchange for a different item, please follow the steps below:

- Your order information (order number, date of purchase).
- Details of the product you wish to return and the new product you'd like to exchange it for.
To qualify for an exchange, kindly ensure that your item meets the following criteria:
The product must remain in its original packaging (please use a proper shipping box when returning the item) and must be in the same condition as when it was initially received.
Your exchange request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Please take note that, similar to returns, we do not arrange shipments for exchanges or provide exchange labels. The cost and responsibility of return shipping for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Rest assured, we will still strive to provide support to the best of our ability, but the terms may vary. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
