Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely happy with a Trademark Beauty product we offer a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in it's original packaging and in the same condition as you received it within 30-days from delivery date. We do not arrange the shipment of returns or provide return labels. ALL hair tools have a $5 restocking fee unless the tool is faulty or defective which will be confirmed upon receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Items discounted at 50% or more are final sale.
Color Wow Products are exempt from being returned.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Every Trademark Beauty product is created to the highest standards and rigorously checked before it is sent to you. But if, for any reason you feel your product is not performing as it should be, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with evidence of the fault. A replacement or refund will be organized immediately. All Trademark Beauty products come with a 6 month warranty. We do not cover shipping the item back to us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
