All orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase Monday-Friday excluding holidays. You will automatically receive an email order confirmation. Tracking information will be sent via email when your package has shipped. We are proud to partner with UPS and USPS for shipping services. You will have your choice of courier at checkout.
Transit Expectations & International Orders
For orders within the United States, you should expect delivery within 7 business days. We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by our shipping partners. We do not refund shipping fees if your package is delayed.
For orders outside of the United States, please allow up to 3-8 weeks for delivery.
Please note, we may be unable to ship to all countries.
Some countries do no update USPS with tracking once within the destination country. Custom charges may be applicable.
We are happy to offer Route Package Protection at checkout. If your shipment is stolen, damaged or lost in transit, a claim should be filed directly with Route. They will provide a full refund pending approval of the claim.
If you choose to opt out of Route Package Protection, we are not responsible for stolen, damaged or lost packages. For further support with missing or delayed packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
