13.2 One (1) Year Limited Product Warranty

Trademark Beauty Inc. warrants that its hair tools and products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to products purchased directly from shoptrademarkbeauty.com or an authorized retailer.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic damage

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper handling, improper voltage, modification, or unauthorized repairs

Damage caused by failure to follow care or operating instructions

Damage caused by accidents or acts of nature

At our sole discretion, Trademark Beauty Inc. will repair or replace a defective product covered by this limited warranty. Replacement products may be new or refurbished.
