The Details
Our Mood Starter Kit features three interchangeable attachments to achieve any hairstyle in one easy tool. Create beachy waves, defined curls, or a tousled texture with this all-in-one styling device.
The hair waver, curling iron, and curling wand barrel attachments are longer than average to ensure all hair lengths can be styled. The curling iron and wand are 6.5 inches, and the hair waver (modeled after our award-winning Babe Waves Hair Waver) is 7.5 inches to curl and wave long and short tresses.
It’s crafted with 1.25-inch thick ceramic barrel attachments for loose results on long hair, a lightweight ergonomic handle for easy handling, and a digital temperature control function for protecting against heat damage. The Mood Starter kit offers endless options for styling no matter your mood.

Curling Iron - For Defined Curls
1. Slide the Curling Iron attachment into the handle, and twist the handle to lock it in place
2. Set the handle to your optimal temperature and allow it to heat
3. Brush through your hair to remove any knots
4. Section your hair apart with the Sectioning Clips for easier styling
5. Feed a small section of hair at the ends through the clamp
6. Fully rotate the iron towards or away from your face until the entire section is wrapped
7. Gently pull the iron downward in an unfurling motion
8. Continue steps 6-7 for each sectioned piece
9. Add a serum like COLOR WOW's Pop & Lock for more defined curls
Pro Tip: After your hair has cooled and before applying a serum, brush through your hair to create glamorous curls!
Curling Wand – For Tousled Curls
1. Slide the Curling Wand attachment into the handle, and twist the handle to lock it in place
2. Set the handle to your optimal temperature and allow it to heat
3. Brush through your hair to remove any knots
4. Put the heat-protectant glove on
5. Section your hair apart with the Sectioning Clips for easier styling
6. Hold the Wand at a downward 45° angle and wrap your first section around it
7. Release your hair after ten seconds, and allow it to naturally fall off the wand
8. Continue steps 6-7 for each sectioned piece
9. Add a serum like COLOR WOW's Pop & Lock for more defined curls
Pro Tip: Wrap smaller sections for a curlier, tighter look and wrap larger sections for loose, subtle curls.
Waver-For Mermaid Waves
1. Slide the Waver attachment into the handle, and twist the handle to lock it in place
2. Set the handle to your optimal temperature and allow it to heat
3.Section your hair into 4-5 inch width sections with the Sectioning Clips
4. Brush through your hair to remove any knots
5. Hold the waver at a 45° angle to create elongated waves around the face
6. Clamp down in 4-inch sections, holding for 3-5 seconds
7. Fully open the clamp and move down and repeat
8. Continue steps 3-7 for each sectioned piece
9. Allow hair to cool and set before brushing or further styling
10. Add a serum like COLOR WOW's Pop & Lock for more defined waves
Pro Tip: Clamp down smaller sections for tighter waves or resistant hair. Use larger sections for even softer waves.
